Fakhrizal Nashr is CEO of Plan B, and overseeing all ongoing projects, as well as managing personally research project with the University of Nebraska on palm oil smallholder plantations management and Best Management Practices. He has a bachelor in Forestry, a master in Forest Management as well as a master in European Forestry and currently finalizing his PhD. He has over 10 years experience working in conservation and forestry out of which 8 years based in Berau as the conservation manager locally coordinating TNC largest programme in Indonesia.
