Social Environmental Risk Assessment​

We begin by conducting a risk assessment of the target landscape, identifying environmental, social, and legal risks. Based on these findings, we select our target areas and establish clear outputs and outcomes.​

Village planning and regulations​

For the selected areas, we work collaboratively with communities to develop spatial plans and village regulations. This process is guided by a shared vision for sustainable land development, which is formalized into village regulations and then submitted for provincial government approval to ensure legal recognition.​

Training on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)​

Through GAP training, we support farmers in enhancing productivity within existing plantations. Training initially focuses on post-harvest practices, but also covers broader aspects of plantation management, including fertilizer application and pest and disease control.​

Supply chain sustainability​

We assist companies and other stakeholders in tracing their products back to the source, managing supplier risks, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards. This includes establishing a due diligence and tracking system that monitors suppliers throughout the supply chain.​

Mapping, traceability and land titles​

During training, we work with farmers to collect data on farm locations and set up systems to trace production from farm to buyer. This data aids in identifying farmers who may need assistance in securing or upgrading their land titles, enhancing land security and financial access.​

Access to Finance and assistance replanting​

With data and land titles in place, we help interested farmers secure financing for working capital or replanting. Once a farmer applies, we conduct an initial credit assessment and, if passed, connect them with a lending partner for further credit checks. Approved farmers receive support in plantation design and replanting and are connected to sustainable markets for long-term offtake solutions.​
